We thrive on projects that demand innovative solutions for complex challenges. For over 6 years, we have collaborated closely with one of the Top banks to build a digital platform specifically designed for corporate operations.
One of our key achievements was facilitating the seamless transition to a new microservice RBS system for corporate clients, a feat achieved through close collaboration with the Bank's team. Presently, the new RBS system efficiently processes approximately 1 million payment documents daily, exclusively catering to transactions from major corporate entities. Despite escalating demands on the system, our intervention enabled the Bank to significantly boost operational speed and achieve an impressive system reliability rate of 99.9%. Our responsibilities extended to managing the migration of extensive client data from the old RBS system to the new one. This involved a meticulous 2.5-month process where our team crafted a middle integration layer with the old system, facilitating the smooth transition of clients, including those from merged banks to the updated platform.
Furthermore, we spearheaded the development of additional functionalities for the platform. We conceptualized and integrated new functional modules into the RBS system for legal entities and engineered a centralized treasury system from inception. We take pride in our role in expediting the bank's digital transformation journey and enhancing customer satisfaction levels. We extend our gratitude to the Bank for recognizing and valuing our contributions.
